![]() In 2017 we celebrated the opening of our second concept in Amsterdam named de Tulp, followed by the opening of Fiona, inspired by a renowned Mexican chef and Lolo, an over the top Italian concept. In 2016 we opened our award-winning brand Pesca and in 2019 we broke a crowdfunding record with this concept. And we will continue to build our renewed hospitality HR-model to retain and attract much-needed talent. We carry out profit sharing amongst our teams and are the first restaurateurs in the Dutch hospitality industry to implement this. We’re not scared to be a bit rebellious and we love to ‘color outside the lines’. We turn traditional business models upside down and create our own.
